Miami Book Fair Street Fair: “Miami Book Fair will feature more than 500 celebrated authors from the U.S. and around the world reading from new works and participating in discussions on myriad topics. Recognized as one of the most inclusive events in South Florida, and the best book festival in the country, the Fair convenes more than 150,000 people over the course of eight days. The lively Street Fair complements the author programs with hundreds of bookseller and publisher booths; Children’s Alley, a pop-up children’s learning activities village boasting a live performance stage; Kitchen Stadium, an outdoor pavilion equipped with a professional kitchen featuring culinary discussions and cooking demos by top chefs; and The Porch, the ultimate urban community hangout, complete with a beer bar, comfy outdoor seating stacked with board games, and a stage for live music and interdisciplinary performance.” For more information, click here.

Drive-Thru Holiday Light Show: “The show will be every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. from Nov. 16th to Jan. 6th".” $12 per vehicle, proceeds will be going to Palm Beach Children's Hospital. For more information, click here.

Miracle on 136th Street Holiday Parade: “Tis the season at The Falls!  The annual community event is attended by more than 20,000 Miami residents and visitors each year. Miami-Dade dignitaries and celebrities alike will ride through the streets in vintage and convertible cars. In addition to local dignitaries and celebrities, the parade will be filled with glee featuring music from local marching bands, holiday-themed floats, bag pipers, stilt walkers, junkanoos, community groups and internationally recognized costumed characters. Listen for jingling sleigh bells and a jolly, magical laugh because after the parade, Santa Claus will be available for photographs at his holiday house to capture the magic of the season! The fun continues with special activations by our holiday parade sponsor, Bauducco and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, as well as live entertainment and musical performances every hour. As nighttime arrives, guests can marvel at the thousands of twinkling lights that fill the mall and gardens, and take a picture at our new LED waterfall display at Bloomingdales and the soaring LED Hummingbird near Apple. To conclude the holiday parade festivities, families are invited to countdown with Santa in Center Court at 7pm for our snowfalls finale!” For more information, click here.
