Recipes for your weekend (National Bubble Bath Day Edition!)

We hope your first week of 2021 has brought positive vibes and good changes. Keep that energy going by celebrating National Bubble Bath Day! Here are some bath recipes that may help you find that inner balance.
Honey Vanilla Bubble Bath (found on helloglow.co)
Ingredients
1/2 cup light almond oil
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup mild liquid hand or body soap (don’t use castile soap!)
1 egg white
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup under running water. You can keep any excess in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Calming Homemade Bubble Bath for Kids (found on dwellinghappiness.com)
Ingredients
1 cup castile soap
1/3 cup vegetable glycerin
1 Tbs. distilled water
15-20 drops of your favorite essential oil
Directions
Measure out your castile soap, vegetable glycerin, and water. Mix into a container that is easy to pour and add in your essential oil. Stir your ingredients well, and then slowly pour into a container. To use: Add about 1/4 cup to warm running bath water. Let your little one enjoy this relaxing time! (And you, too!)
Relaxing Bubbly Bath Soak (found on savynaturalista.com)
Ingredients
2 ½ cups Epsom salt
½ cup olive oil
¾ cup body wash
1 peppermint tea bag
1 chamomile tea bag
10 drops of essential oil
Directions
Place tea bag contents in a small bowl and set aside. To a medium size bowl add Epsom salt and tea leaves and mix thoroughly. Once done add body wash and mix until it has been combined. Slowly stir in olive oil and essential oils; mix the oils until they have been mixed in. Once done store soak in air tight container.
