Happy Labor Day Weekend! Whether you are grilling or just relaxing this weekend, our recipe guide has something for you.
Tender Thai Chili Ribs
Ingredients
Slab of ribs of your choice
Salt and pepper to-taste
Your favorite Thai Chili Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Cut ribs into sections of no more than three ribs.
Season each section with salt and pepper. Wrap each section in foil.
Place each wrapped section of ribs into a shallow baking pan and bake in oven for 2 to 2.5 hours until desired tenderness.
Remove from oven and carefully open foil packets so as not to burn yourself. Brush each rib section with Thai chili sauce and place under broiler on high for about 3 minutes. Enjoy!
Note that ribs can also be cooked in a smoker or on a grill if you prefer.
