Fall is in full-swing, so let’s embrace this cozy season with some fall drink recipes!

Warm and Spicy Autumn Punch (found on Allrecipes.com)

Ingredients:

  • 2 fruit, (2-5/8" dia, sphere)s oranges

  • 8 whole cloves

  • 6 cups apple juice 

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 ¼ cups pineapple juice

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stud the whole oranges with cloves, and bake for 30 minutes.

  • In a large saucepan, combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.

  • Serve hot in a punch bowl with the 2 clove-studded baked oranges floating on top.

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Coffee (found on Allrecipes.com)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice syrup

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, divided 

  • 2 packets stevia sweetener

  • ¼ cup boiling water

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

  • 1 tablespoon white sugar

Preparation

  • Combine milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  • Combine boiling water, coffee granules, sugar, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice in a tall container. Whip with an immersion blender until foamy, about 2 minutes.

  • Pour pumpkin-milk mixture into a mug and top with coffee foam.

Apple Julep (found on Allrecipes.com)

Ingredients

  • 1 quart apple juice 

  • 1 cup orange juice 

  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

  • 1 sprig fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  • In a large pitcher, stir together the apple juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Mix and pour into glasses full of ice to serve. Garnish each serving with a mint leaf.
