Licensed to practice law in both Florida and California, Nydia is primarily focused on resolving family law matters including, but not limited to, pre and post nuptial agreements, child custody, dissolution of marriage, paternity, name change, child support, same-sex couple matters, domestic violence injunctions and Florida family law appeals. Nydia's valuable knowledge of these issues coupled with her sensitive approach to these delicate matters is what makes her a compassionate, yet effective family law attorney.
Prior to attending law school, Nydia pursued a career in television journalism and worked for the National Broadcast Channel (NBC) in New York. When she's not working for her clients, she enjoys community service and spending time with her family and friends.
As a member of the Junior League of Miami, Nydia devotes time to serving the community through the League's various initiatives and projects. She also serves as the chair of the Scholarship Committee for the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association.
